At Nourish Health Food Store, we take immense pride in our 26-year legacy of providing pure, safe, and nutritious foods. Our "Nourish Promise" is built on quality, and we are proud of our history of zero complaints and zero returns. To maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers, we have established the following policy regarding our 100% Organic Spelt Flour and other products.

1. Quality Assurance

Every bag of our Organic Spelt Flour is stone-ground and packaged with care in Canada. Because we deal with natural, organic food products, we do not accept returns based on "change of mind" or personal taste preferences once a product has left our facility. This ensures that every customer receives a product that has never been tampered with or stored in an uncontrolled environment.

2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

We will gladly offer a refund or a replacement under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged During Transit: If your package arrives torn or damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a product other than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Spelt Flour and received a different grain).

  • Quality Defect: While rare, if there is a verified issue with the purity or quality of the flour, we will investigate and make it right.

3. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email info@nourishhealthfoods.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is required due to our error (incorrect or damaged item), Nourish Health Food Store will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bags of flour or grains.

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago.

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).

6. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
